Shipping & Returns
Orders are handled within 1 business day following confirmation of the order at the latest, after which the products ordered shall be submitted for delivery by the transport company. For deliveries to arrive within The Netherlands the products will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 6 PM. Please notify Juice Lab Amsterdam if you still have not received your purchase after 2 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
Juice Lab Amsterdam is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photos. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
All prices include handling or taxes, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase.
Items can be returned within 14 days without assigning any reason, after which we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The packaging is designed to keep the juice cold and fresh for 48 hours. Juice Lab Amsterdam is not responsible for juice left outside for an extended period of time past the time it arrives at your doorstep. Nor are we responsible for juice lost or delayed by the delivery service. Please also make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
Juice Lab Amsterdam products are perishable and clearly marked with expiration dates. They must be consumed within these dates. Refunds will not be issued for juices that expired in the customer's care.
Once your claim is approved, we will send you an email to notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are damaged.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Haarlemmerdijk 96 H, Amsterdam, NH, 1013 JG, Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
